Overview
BM100 is a complete battery monitoring package from Digital Yacht, combining a 500A SmartShunt with a veKonvert NMEA 2000 interface using the VE.Direct protocol to report battery voltage, charge and discharge current, state of charge and time to depletion on any NMEA 2000-compatible multifunction display, including Raymarine, Garmin, Navico and Furuno. It can also monitor the voltage of a separate battery, such as a starter battery, and supports multiple SmartShunts for multi-battery systems. Installation is plug-and-play, with the unit self-powered from the NMEA 2000 bus and Bluetooth connectivity available for direct phone or tablet access.
