Overview
The UM725GBT is a fixed-mount VHF marine radio with a full dot matrix LCD, amber and white backlighting, built-in GPS positioning, and Bluetooth connectivity for a wireless handset or headset. It transmits at a selectable 25 W (high) or 1 W (low) power output across the 156.025 to 161.600 MHz transmit range, runs on a nominal 13.8 Vdc supply (10.5 to 16 Vdc), and is rated IPX8 for waterproofing. It weighs approximately 1 kg with microphone, and is specified for operation from minus 15 to plus 55 degrees C.
