About this product
The AMEC Cypho-150S is a dual-channel AIS receiver covering AIS Class A and B messages on the 161.975MHz and 162.025MHz channels at -112 dBm sensitivity, and adds a VHF radio pass-through path across 156.025 to 162.025MHz with only 3.5dB receive and 1.2dB transmit insertion loss, letting it share a single antenna with an existing VHF radio. Data is output over NMEA 0183 at a default 38400 baud or via USB 2.0, and the unit draws under 1.5W from a 12/24V DC supply. It is compact at 128 x 88 x 36 mm and 210g including cable, and meets ITU-R M.1371, IEC 60945 and IEC 62287-1 standards.
